About the Role:

Right Way Publishers is seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you’re passionate about storytelling through design and have a sharp eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your ideas to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Design compelling visual content for academic publications, promotional materials, social media, and branding
Develop creative assets for presentations, infographics, and digital/print campaigns
Collaborate with editors, marketers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency
Ensure all designs align with our company's visual standards and journal-specific guidelines
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Strong portfolio showcasing clean, professional, and creative work
Experience in layout and typography, especially for print and editorial work
Understanding of color theory, composition, and design trends
Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience in academic or publishing design (a plus)
