Role: Fractional Guest Services Specialist

We’re looking for experienced Fractional Guest Services Specialists to join our expert network and support clients in delivering seamless, personalized, and high-quality guest interactions—from first contact to post-stay follow-ups.

If you’ve worked in hotels, vacation rentals, travel support, or concierge services—and thrive on making guests feel seen and supported—this is your chance to bring that magic to a remote, fractional role. Ideal for freelance customer experience experts, remote concierge specialists, or ex-front desk staff ready for a flexible lifestyle.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing professional, timely support via email, chat, phone, or messaging platforms
Managing reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Supporting guests before, during, and after their stay with accurate information and thoughtful problem-solving
Collaborating with property managers, front desk teams, or operations to coordinate on-the-ground execution
Escalating and resolving issues related to billing, check-in, amenities, or service satisfaction
Documenting interactions in CRM or PMS platforms (e.g., Cloudbeds, Hostaway, Opera, Salesforce)
Creating and maintaining FAQ content, guest guides, or templated responses
Offering thoughtful upsell or cross-sell suggestions (tours, room upgrades, packages, etc.)
Required qualities may include:
Proven experience in guest services, hospitality support, or reservations
Excellent communication skills—warm, professional, and solution-oriented
Experience using hospitality CRMs or PMS tools (e.g., Cloudbeds, ResNexus, Hostaway, Zendesk, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple guest profiles
Comfort working independently and managing shifting guest priorities
Bonus if you’ve worked with boutique hotels, luxury rentals, or global hospitality brands
Fluency in more than one language is a plus
