📍 Location: Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme 33, Karachi

We are hiring a results-driven Manager – Outreach for one of our valued client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving engagement, and leading strategic outreach initiatives, specifically within the hospital/healthcare industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute engagement-focused marketing and outreach campaigns aligned with growth strategy

- Identify new markets, hospital networks, and business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders

- Design and implement marketing plans based on market trends, patient engagement, and service demand

- Enhance customer and patient engagement through effective communication strategies

- Present strategies and reports to senior management

- Lead, train, and manage outreach teams

- Collaborate on revenue targets and strategic initiatives

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SOPs

Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent

- 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience (Mandatory in hospital/healthcare industry)

- 3–5 years of team management experience

- Strong understanding of patient engagement and healthcare marketing practices

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

- Customer service experience is a plus
