Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize employee personnel files.
  • Provide support during HR audits by gathering necessary documentation.
  • Draft and issue HR letters, such as Transfers, Relocations, Account opening, employment verification and reference letters.
  • Track and manage employee attendance, addressing issues as needed.
  • As other task given by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • At least Intermediate or Completed A levels.
  • Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
