Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Using scripts to guide conversations and close sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
  • Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
