Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Specialist with a passion for consultative selling in niche markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in building relationships, understanding complex client needs, and positioning our tailored solutions to drive business growth. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, an understanding of global workforce solutions, and an ability to educate and guide prospects on the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential clients across industries requiring EOR, Global Payroll, or BPO services.
  • Leverage personal networks, digital platforms, and industry events to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Consultative Selling:
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and client meetings to understand their workforce challenges and business goals.
  • Present customized solutions aligning with client needs, focusing on value-driven outcomes.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to niche markets, emphasizing solution-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on workforce solutions and market trends.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in selling HR solutions, workforce management, BPO services, or related fields is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering value.
  • Familiarity with international labor laws, payroll processes, or workforce solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
