Maintenance / Erection Expert - Flexo Machine

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flexo Machine Maintenance and Erection Expert to perform maintenance, repairs, and erection of flexographic printing machines. The ideal candidate will have extensive flexo machine mechanics, electrical systems, and software. The goal is to ensure maximum machine uptime, optimal performance, and minimal downtime.

• Assemble and install new flexo machines.
• Ensure proper alignment and calibration of machine components.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed machines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and machine history.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on machine operation and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (cleaning, lubrication, adjustments).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in flexo machine maintenance, repairs, and erection.
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of flexographic printing machines, mechanics, electrical systems, and software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
