Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
Performs inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installation of motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems and similar equipment.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of equipments like motor, pump, conveyor, hydraulic and refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipments.
Test devices for improvement, safety, and quality control.
Ensuring Mechanical/Electronical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs inclusive of spare inventory (physical) checking and stock inspections and preliminary liaison with Suppliers and Vendors for proposals etc.
Adhere to all safety procedures, quality and health standards regulations guidelines including compliance with legal requirements.
Handles personal tools for jobs including up-to-date documented personal tool lists and other related computer works.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 05 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Oversee operation, maintenance and repair for all hospital/college building system and equipment, including the day-to-day supervision and training of the operating staff.
Strong knowledge of building construction, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and civil engineering principles.
Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
