Maintenance Supervisor

• Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
• Performs inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installation of motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems and similar equipment.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of equipments like motor, pump, conveyor, hydraulic and refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipments.
• Test devices for improvement, safety, and quality control.
• Ensuring Mechanical/Electronical spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs inclusive of spare inventory (physical) checking and stock inspections and preliminary liaison with Suppliers and Vendors for proposals etc.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, quality and health standards regulations guidelines including compliance with legal requirements.
• Handles personal tools for jobs including up-to-date documented personal tool lists and other related computer works.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and repair for all hospital/college building system and equipment, including the day-to-day supervision and training of the operating staff.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and civil engineering principles.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
