✅ Connect with and message potential candidates on LinkedIn.

✅ Source, review, and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.

Who Can Apply?

✔️ No experience required! (0-2 years in lead generation or recruitment preferred)

✔️ Open to fresh graduates and those looking for remote work opportunities.

✔️ Must have an active LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections.

✔️ Should not be a full-time employee or full-time student—this role requires dedication of 8 hours per day (flexible timing).

How You Earn

💰 This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your performance.

👉 Earnings Breakdown:

🔹 $80 per Credit – A credit is earned when an expert you recruit successfully completes a client call (60 minutes).

🔹 $3 per Submission – A submission is counted when an expert signs up, completes screening, and is submitted to a client for consideration.

Example Earnings

📌 10 Credits = $800 (10 × $80)

📌 30 Expert Submissions = $90 (30 × $3)
