Market Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Market Researcher (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in English. She will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, analyzing industry trends, and providing actionable insights to support Vurke’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
Analyze customer behavior, market demand, and emerging trends in the HR and outsourcing sector.
Collect and interpret data from multiple sources, including surveys, industry reports, and online databases.
Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making.
Identify potential target markets and provide recommendations for business expansion and sales growth.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies.
Monitor and assess competitor activities and positioning within the market.
Evaluate customer feedback and industry best practices to enhance service offerings.
Stay updated on global HR and outsourcing industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure research findings are presented in a clear, structured, and actionable format.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in market research, business analysis, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of data collection methods, research techniques, and statistical analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations for business decision-making.
Strong knowledge of market research tools, CRM software, and data visualization platforms.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and research tools.
Must be highly professional, well-presented, and have a proactive mindset.
