Online Reputation Manager

Techsol IT is hiring for Online Reputation Manager (ORM) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Online Presence: Track mentions across social media, news, blogs, and reviews using reputation monitoring tools.
Social Media & Content Strategy: Develop strategies for positive content, engage with customers, and create content that highlights strengths.
Respond to Reviews & Feedback: Address customer reviews and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner.
Crisis Management: Identify potential PR crises and develop mitigation strategies.
SEO & Content Optimization: Ensure positive content ranks higher and collaborate with SEO teams to manage search results.
Reporting & Analysis: Track brand sentiment and effectiveness of ORM strategies.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and provide input for promotional campaigns.
Reputation Building: Foster relationships with loyal customers to generate positive content.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, PR, or related fields (ORM experience preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, social media proficiency, SEO knowledge, analytical thinking, crisis management.
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
Preferred: Crisis communication experience, certifications in digital marketing, knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
