As a consultant specializing in HCM Cloud, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, expert guidance, and hands-on support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in driving successful project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our HCM Cloud practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for HCM Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients and project teams on best practices, industry trends, and solution design principles related to HCM Cloud.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, HR professionals, IT teams, and vendors, to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and define strategic HCM initiatives.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams and build internal capability in HCM Cloud.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their HCM transformation journey.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in HCM Cloud technology, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and accelerators used in HCM Cloud implementation projects.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations, to help win new business and expand existing accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM Cloud implementation projects from inception to completion, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Deep expertise in HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Performance Management.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable HCM Cloud solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, influence stakeholders, and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of project delivery.
Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
