Job Title: Oracle SCM Consultant (4 to 6 Years)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Description:
Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) is looking for an Oracle SCM Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related SCM modules and be capable of delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, etc.).
• Map business requirements to Oracle capabilities and propose optimized solutions.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and recommend process improvements.
• Perform system configurations, setups, and updates to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
• Support data migration activities and ensure validation of results.
• Develop and execute test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing implementation.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle documentation standards (BR100, MD50).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Oracle SCM Cloud certifications (preferred).
• Industry exposure in Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics is an advantage.
