  • Prepare official letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
  • Handle day-to-day correspondence, including emails and official letters.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally in both Urdu and English.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Coordinate between executives and other departments for smooth workflow.
