Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, contracts, and other administrative materials.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Support event planning, meetings, and other administrative functions.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
