Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns, and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in paid media, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis across major digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and effectively manage the social media team.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage advertising budgets, campaign spend, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and overall results.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, audience engagement, conversions, and overall efficiency.
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging performance marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant professional experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven understanding of paid campaign strategy, targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign management.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and monitoring ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a social media/performance marketing team.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance objectives.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
