We are looking for people who understand where search is going, not just where it has been.

SEO today goes beyond keywords, backlinks and Google rankings. Search is changing rapidly with AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI-powered discovery platforms. We want people who understand traditional SEO fundamentals while also thinking seriously about content, authority, user intent and visibility in the AI era.

We are open to candidates at different experience levels. Your level of ownership, responsibilities and compensation will depend on your experience and ability.

What You Will Work On

You will work across our portfolio of technology, AI and education businesses, helping us build sustainable organic growth.

Your work include:

• SEO strategy and execution
• Keyword, topic and search-intent research
• Content strategy and editorial planning
• Technical SEO and website audits
• Website architecture and internal linking
• On-page SEO and content optimisation
• Competitor and content-gap analysis
• Google Search Console and GA4 analysis
• Backlink and authority-building strategies
• International and local SEO
• Landing-page optimisation
• Monitoring rankings, traffic, leads and conversions
• AI Search, AEO and Generative Engine Optimisation
• Researching how brands and content appear across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and other AI discovery platforms
• Using AI tools intelligently for research, analysis and content production
• Working with developers, designers and content teams to implement improvements

Content Matters

We are especially interested in candidates who understand that strong SEO starts with strong content.

You should be able to understand:

• What people are actually searching for
• Why they are searching for it
• What information would genuinely help them
• What competitors are missing
• How to build topical authority around a subject
• How existing content can be improved instead of endlessly creating new pages
• How AI can improve the content workflow without producing generic AI-written content

Who We Are Looking For

We are deliberately keeping the experience range broad.

You may be an ambitious SEO professional with a few years of hands-on experience who wants greater responsibility.

Or you may be an experienced SEO professional capable of owning strategy, setting priorities, managing execution and helping lead our organic growth function.

What matters most is that you can demonstrate that you understand SEO and can think beyond a checklist.

Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush and modern AI tools is expected or strongly preferred depending on your level.

Two Positions Available

We intend to build a small, strong SEO team and currently have two openings for this role.

Candidates may be considered at different levels based on experience, demonstrated ability and the level of responsibility they can take on.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical exercise based on a real website.
