Creating and closing shifts at the beginning and ending of 12 hours shift
Troubleshooting IT/ hardware issues
Cleaning and Maintenance of IT equipment
Communication with NOC for reporting any issue at the plaza
Communicating with MRT in case of any major issue that needs mobile team support or remote assistance
Cleaning maintenance and troubleshooting of MTag/ WIM systems
Timely on/ off VMS gantries
Communicating/installing IT equipment against faulty/nonoperational
Troubleshooting power issues
Basic troubleshooting/ maint/ starting the Genset
Keeping fuel record
Cleaning and Maintenance of power/ solar equipment
Communicating/installing power equipment against faulty/nonoperational
