Production Head

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Head to oversee and manage our WordPress development team, mobile app team, and web application team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in handling large-scale production workflows and coordinating multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the WordPress, mobile app, and web application development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee production timelines to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality results.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the different teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to prevent delays.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize team processes to improve productivity.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and resource availability.
• Maintain quality standards across all projects and ensure client requirements are met.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing teams (WordPress, mobile apps, web applications).
• Strong project management skills with a focus on efficiency, quality, and deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of the production processes for WordPress, mobile apps, and web applications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a production head or similar leadership role.
• Background in technology, software development, or IT.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Experience in managing remote teams.
