Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for "Shift Analyst" for it's leading client Located in Kotri District Jamshoro.

Duty Timings: Rotation in Shifts 8 Hrs Duty

Role / Responsibilities:

Shift work testing and calibration activities - ensure a safe lab environment and shift sample testing for in process, supplies and finished produces.
complelte data for the daily activities. Ensure accuracy in testing and timely completion of results.
prioritizing testing and communicate based on operational/business needs and departmental plants.
Ensure special test analysis when necessary. work with production to ensure timely in-process analysis.
Documentation, data analysis and record activities - maintain accurate to investigate and resolve process discrepancies.
SAP - Enter all finished product results and release in timely manner.
IMS and compliance activities - maintain records. ensure special test analysis in shift on nees basis .
perform plant and warehouse round, GEMBA walks to ensure compliance.
Re test out of specification result where possible. Demostrate safe laboratory practicies and maintain work enviroment in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Training and Development activities - participate training related all activities and resting being performed.
EHS and FS training and orientation to ensure compliance , observations, and PPEs.
Support to Chemist/ sr. chemist in training for new hires & interns in shift.
