QA Executive - Customer Service

We’re looking for a QA Executive-Customer Services to join our team!

If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining top-notch quality, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate daily calls across all projects.
• Provide constructive feedback on weak areas & behaviour.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing & discontinued products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Scorecard reports.
• Identify pain points & suggest improvements
• Candidate should have 2-4 years experienced in same field

Timings: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
