Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting sales leadership in driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of sales staff.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective sales execution.
• Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and CRM reports.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
