Senior Manager Production Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Production Engineering to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading and supervising the planning and execution of new projects while ensuring that product quality standards are maintained as per customer requirements at optimum cost.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Lead and supervise the planning and execution of new projects.

b) Ensure product quality standards are maintained according to customer requirements at optimum cost.

c) Localize parts in the current Bill of Materials (BOM) to increase profitability margins while ensuring local parts meet quality standards.

d) Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and design teams, vendors, contractors, and TAA partners.

Requirements:

a) Engineering degree with a recognized university.

b) Proven experience of around 8-10 years in production engineering, industrial manufacturing, and project management (preferably in the manufacturing industry) .

c) Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

d) Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

e) Knowledge of quality standards and cost optimization.
