Hiring Female Social Media & Marketing Officer at Eden College

College Location: Clifton Block 9, Karachi, Pakistan.

Requirement:

We are looking for energetic, go getter candidate who will be responsible for monitoring, creating content and managing the social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as well as coordinate marketing strategy with all departments of the college

Job Description:

· Creating digital content in a way that is consistent with Eden’s brand identity and values and further expanding the brands’ identity into all visual platforms.

· Be part of the team responsible for setting the marketing strategy of the college.

· Create content for all college departments as and when required, such as poster, panaflex or brochure designs.

· Take photos and videos of all marketing content to put up on social media

· Be able to design static posts (graphic designing) as well as create animated videos (video editing)

· Creating interesting content for students’ one-to-one or group session and uploading those videos on relevant platforms.

· Manage and oversee social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) for audience retention, reach and engagement.

· Prepare the monthly calendar keeping in mind college events and upload the scheduled post and videos on social media platforms.

· Suggest and implement new ideas to increase awareness, followers, student engagement on platforms. Such as through research of trending items on social media

· Lead Generation from various marketing channels paid and organic using effective marketing strategies.

· Brainstorms marketing campaign ideas

· Contribute and assist team members in promotional and brand awareness strategies by leveraging social media metrics to identify and acquire wider audience.

· Must be excellent at writing content for social media platforms

· Must be fluent in oral and written English and have good communication skills

· Good at photography and videography.

· Flexible at interacting with all age groups

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

· Proven work experience in social media handling of at least 3 years
