Upwork Bidder (Night Shift)

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team at Digitorm. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a knack for identifying opportunities on freelancing platforms.

Position Details

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from home on alternate Saturdays)

Salary: PKR 50,000 plus comission

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.

Create persuasive and professional proposals tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.

Ensure timely follow-ups on submitted proposals.

Meet or exceed monthly bidding and conversion targets to qualify for commissions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

Understanding of freelance platforms and bidding strategies.

Basic knowledge of data analysis, web development, or marketing is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
