Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, converting prospects into clients,

and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires excellent English communication

skills, a clear and confident accent, and the ability to engage effectively with international

clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

• Identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork and Bark platforms.

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.

• Utilize advanced search techniques and filters to find high-quality leads.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.

2. Client Engagement:

• Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing our services to close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and

personalized communication.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term

partnerships.

3. Upselling and Cross-Selling:

• Focus on upselling services such as web development, graphic design, and software

solutions.

• Identify additional needs of existing clients and propose relevant services to enhance

their experience.

4. Performance Management:

• Set and achieve monthly sales targets, including credit and connect usage targets.

• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Share weekly performance reports and improvement strategies with the team.

5. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential

opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate insights into lead generation

strategies.

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or excellent accent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex

ideas clearly and concisely.

2. Client Management:

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Sales Techniques:

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and

upselling/cross-selling methods.

• Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.

4. Time Management:

• Ability to work 6 days a week and manage time effectively to meet targets.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

5. Technical Proficiency:

• Familiarity with bidding, credit usage, and connect optimization on Upwork and

Bark platforms.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software.

6. Additional Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with a startup is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
