Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Food Delivery App User Tester to work on a contractor basis. This person will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems in the food delivery industry, providing realistic user data and scenarios to improve model performance. By leveraging their active food delivery app account and order history, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of more accurate and reliable AI models, shaping how they learn, reason, and perform in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios, generating authentic search intents and documenting user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.

• Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.

• Document your thought process and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English, ensuring that your contributions are accurate and informative.

• Collaborate remotely with the client's team to support ongoing AI training initiatives, providing high-quality input and feedback to inform model development.

• Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across the food delivery app, helping to refine the user experience and improve overall performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• You must have an active food delivery app account and a history of ordering food online, providing a foundation for generating realistic user data and scenarios.

• You should be able to generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms, demonstrating a clear understanding of user behavior and preferences.

• You must be able to evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations, exercising sound judgment and critical thinking skills.

• You should be able to document your thought process and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English, communicating complex ideas and concepts effectively.

• You must be able to collaborate remotely with the client's team, working independently and as part of a distributed team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
