Ware House Assistant

Aftab Life Care Impex a leading name in life sciences has an immediate requirement of a Ware House Assistant. Location is Judges Colony Kohsar, Hyderabad.

This is a full-time on-site role. The Ware House Assistant will be responsible for the following;

Shipments receive & dispatch.

Proper management of stock.

obtaining and checking stock according to receipt/DC or Pick slips/challan.

ensure that the stock is updated in the system as per the physical inventory.

Maintaining daily schedules and ledgers.

keeping and refreshing stock transfer records.

checking and dispatching stock requests according to Demand Summary (DS).

Receiving and concluding the arrival stock.

Check, guarantee, and accommodate final reports with returned stock.

Make Sure (Good Distribution Practices).

Checking the cash summary of returned stock and ensure its conveyance to the accounts division.

Comply with the Warehouse SOPs.

Ensure that expired stock is kept in a separate place.

Assist Warehouse Officer in convenient stock taking at the Warehouse.

Male Candidate with in the age bracket of 25-30 Years, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Qualification is Bachelor’s Degree with strong computer skills specially in Excel.

Strong clerical skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Ware House management systems and procedures.
