Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acting Chief Executive Officer, located in Karachi Division. The Acting CEO will oversee overall business operations, lead strategic planning, manage financial performance, and drive business growth while ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves setting organizational goals, guiding departments towards achieving objectives, cultivating strong client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. The Acting CEO will also be responsible for ensuring alignment between the company’s vision and day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

 

• Proficiency in Finance, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and monitoring company revenues and expenditures
• Strong expertise in Operations Management and Business Planning, with the ability to optimize processes and ensure operational efficiency
• Experience in Sales, including client management and the development of strategies to drive revenue growth
• Strategic Planning capabilities, with the ability to define organizational objectives and develop initiatives to achieve business goals
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Experience in the telecommunications sector or a related industry is preferred
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
