Role Description The Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division. This position is responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce Parabellum-AGYโ€™s services and secure qualified appointments for the sales or account management team. Daily tasks include managing outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, updating appointment calendars, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or tracking tools. The role involves identifying decision-makers, confirming meeting details, handling basic client queries, and ensuring a professional, consistent communication experience. The Appointment Setter will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead follow-up and support campaign goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate meeting details efficiently.
  • Experience in Lead Generation, including qualifying prospects and nurturing them toward scheduled appointments.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a clear, professional phone manner and the ability to handle objections respectfully.
  • Comfort working with basic office software, CRM or lead management tools, and call or messaging platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division on a full-time schedule, managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Motivated, target-oriented mindset with a commitment to ethical, respectful outreach and teamwork.
