Pvt Job· Assign daily works to labors (fettlers, painters and forklift drivers) as per plan.
· Optimum labor control in each section without compromising the target.
· Guide and coach labors.
· Arrange daily shop floor activities for smooth operation.
· Management of Semi-finished and finished product in shop floor.
· Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production.
· Manage floor housekeeping and safety.
· Periodic check whether employees are following work instructions and quality requirements.
· Preparation of daily production reports and report it to top manager.
