Position Title: Feedback Supervisor - Call Center

Job Location: Defence Phase 5, Karachi

Job Description:

We are seeking a Feedback Supervisor for our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer interactions, collecting feedback, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate records in Excel. Preference will be given to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to recorded customer calls to assess service quality.
  • Reach out to customers to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed feedback and complaint records in Excel.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to improve service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and record keeping.
  • Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Intermediate education will also be considered.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
