We're Hiring – Assistant/Deputy Manager Taxation

Location: Karachi

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager Taxation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate reporting, with the ability to effectively manage tax matters and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

ACCA / ACMA / ACA / CA or equivalent qualification

6–8 years of relevant taxation experience

Strong knowledge of Income Tax, Sales Tax, SRB, and SECP regulations

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of Annual Income Tax Returns for Companies, AOPs, and Individuals

• Filing of Monthly and Annual Sales Tax Returns along with annexures

• Managing SECP statutory compliances, including Forms A, 29, 28, 45, and Annual Accounts

• Filing Quarterly and Annual Withholding Statements (U/S 165 & 149)

• Preparation of Quarterly Advance Tax workings (U/S 147)

• Managing Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding matters

• Handling tax notices, audits, and assessments from FBR and SRB

• Managing Exemption Certificates and tax-related documentation

• Ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Providing taxation advisory and consultancy support to management
