About the job
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Vendor Risk, TPRM, or Outsourcing Governance
- Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks and outsourcing lifecycle management
- Sound knowledge of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulatory guidelines
- Experience in vendor risk assessments covering operational, financial, compliance, reputational, and information security risks
- Hands-on exposure in policy development, governance frameworks, SLA/KRI reviews, audit handling, and regulatory inspections
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
