Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative in Karachi. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling outbound calls to generate lead and convert sales. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for communicating product information to customers, pursuing them to buy different products packages and guiding the customer in purchase process. The role will require good communication skills, customer-centric yet sales-focused mentality, computer familiarity and a strong desire to develop/apply skillset in Sales.
