Our client Immunocure is hiring a Clinic Manager in Karachi.
 

This is a full-time, on-site Clinic Manager role based in DHA Karachi. The Clinic Manager oversees day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and front-desk functions to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment. This role manages clinical and administrative staff, supports hiring and onboarding, coordinates ongoing training, and ensures adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Clinic Manager monitors budgets, billing processes, and resource utilization to support financial sustainability, while maintaining accurate records and operational reports. The role also involves addressing patient inquiries and concerns, supporting clinicians with operational needs, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives for the clinic.

✓ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

✓ Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee clinic expenses, resource allocation, and operational cost control.

✓ Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with patients, clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership.

✓ Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance support to build high-performing, collaborative teams.

✓ Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a clinical setting.

✓ Must be a Resident of Karachi (within 30-min driving distance to DHA Phase 6) and recent graduate less than 35-year old.
