Supervise all HR Operations from Payroll Management to reconciliation.
Supervise the whole (PMS) Performance Appraisal Process.
Handle Employee Relations & Grievances to resolve staff’s issues timely.
Supervise the whole compensation & benefits domain (as per company policy).
Implementation of policies & SOPs as per company policy.
Coordinate with all Labor Department (from addition to claims handling).
Qualification:
Minimum MBA/MPA in HRM.
Skills:
Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills.

06 to 08 Years
