Job Description:

Digilaxy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a critical part of our growing organization, you will be pivotal in managing HR operations, improving workplace culture, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address grievances professionally.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Conduct performance evaluations and suggest improvement plans for staff.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Monitor HR trends and provide innovative solutions to support company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role (HR Manager or HR Generalist preferred).
• Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software tools.

Working Hours and Days:

Working Hours: 8hours shift (Morning/Evening/Night)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
