ERP Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ERP systems, with a strong command of VB.NET, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and SAP Crystal Reports. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into functional ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ERP solutions using VB.NET.
• Write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures in MSSQL.
• Create and maintain SAP Crystal Reports to support business processes and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, ensuring smooth system performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications.
• Document development processes, configurations, and changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in VB.NET development (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Crystal Reports design and development.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
