Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform — including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes, automate workflows, and provide data insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Model-Driven and Canvas apps in Power Apps.
• Design and automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow).
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key business metrics.
• Design Dataverse data models and manage entities, relationships, and business rules.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices across Power Platform solutions.
• Maintain and support existing Power Platform solutions and perform enhancements as required.
• Stay updated with the latest features and roadmap of the Power Platform.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Strong Canvas Apps experience), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, PL-900).
• Experience with Azure services, Dynamics 365, or custom connectors.
• Background in solution architecture, agile delivery, or DevOps for Power Platform.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
