Position Overview:

Cybernet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive - Legal Affairs to support our legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If you have a strong legal background and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee and manage litigation cases across various courts and legal forums in collaboration with external counsels. 
Review pleadings before filing and maintain case status updates while coordinating with external lawyers. 
Draft, review, and vet agreements, MOUs, addendums, and other legal documents, providing legal opinions as needed. 
Offer legal advisory services to various departments, ensuring proper assessment of Inquiry Reports, Charge Sheets, Show Cause Notices, and Court Orders. 
Ensure compliance by reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal correspondences in alignment with prevailing laws and regulations. 
Stay updated on legal and statutory developments relevant to the telecommunication industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: LLB from a recognized institution. 
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal affairs, preferably in the telecommunications sector. 
Strong understanding of legal frameworks and regulatory compliance in the industry. 
Excellent communication, analytical, and legal drafting skills with the ability to work independently. 
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for legal documentation and case management.
