ew:We are seeking a highly skilled Full Custom Website Design & Wordpress Developer with a proven track record in both design and development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with WordPress and a strong design aptitude, including the ability to create PSDs, banners and mockups. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our WordPress websites while ensuring a seamless integration of design elemen

ts.

tes.Design high-quality PSDs and mockups for new projects, considering user experience, brand identity, and aesthet
ics.Optimise website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user interacti
ons.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality, design, and compatibil
ity.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development and des
ign.Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and security enhanceme
nts.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and designers as nee
ded.Ensure all work is well-documented and maintain proper version cont

rol.
We are looking for a Website Designer & Developer specifically with these requirem

ents:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experie
nce).Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress develop
ment.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
PHP.Portfolio showcasing your design skills, including PSDs and moc
kups.Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or F
igma.Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimiza
tion.Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficie
ntly.Excellent communication skills, both written and ve
rbal.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality 
work.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative

team.
