Texas Lab Technologies is seeking a dedicated HR and Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of five years of experience to support and enhance our human resources functions alongside our digital marketing initiatives. This position requires strong expertise in talent acquisition and performance management, combined with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive HR processes and driving targeted marketing campaigns that align with the companys objectives. Strong communication skills in English and fluency are essential to effectively engage with stakeholders and ensure clear dissemination of information.
In this role, the executive will independently handle talent acquisition and performance evaluation activities, while also contributing to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and analytics. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands a proactive individual capable of balancing dual Responsibilities
