Our client Texas Lab Technologies is looking for a HR and Digital Marketing Specialist in REMOTE

Texas Lab Technologies is seeking a dedicated HR and Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of five years of experience to support and enhance our human resources functions alongside our digital marketing initiatives. This position requires strong expertise in talent acquisition and performance management, combined with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive HR processes and driving targeted marketing campaigns that align with the companys objectives. Strong communication skills in English and fluency are essential to effectively engage with stakeholders and ensure clear dissemination of information.

In this role, the executive will independently handle talent acquisition and performance evaluation activities, while also contributing to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and analytics. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands a proactive individual capable of balancing dual Responsibilities

efficiently and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates and fill job vacancies efficiently.
  • Manage the performance management process, including employee evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Design, create, and execute digital marketing strategies targeting relevant audiences to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring engaging and relevant content is developed across digital platforms.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR and marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, candidates, and stakeholders in English to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to HR and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and digital marketing innovations to enhance strategy effectiveness and achieve competitive advantage.
