HR Specialist

We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team, offering flexible work options including remote work from home. This role is open to both male and female candidates with a solid background in human resources. The position can be filled on either a part-time or full-time basis, providing competitive compensation and opportunities for salary growth based on performance after a trial period. While the role primarily supports operations in Karachi, remote work arrangements are also available.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee various HR functions to align with organizational objectives.
- Efficiently handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve HR-related queries and issues.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Specialist or in a comparable HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, whether remotely or on-site as required.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

- The salary range is Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 95,000 per month, with an initial trial period pay scale between Rs. 55,000 and Rs. 65,000.
- Salary increments will be considered based on performance following the trial period.
