Assist in various daily tasks, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and file management
Supporting employer branding activities and campus recruitment
Gain exposure to various operational functions, including process documentation, workflow analysis, and implementation of process improvements
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, and regulatory requirements related to HR and operations
Responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people
Strong Grip on Microsoft Office (Specially MS Excel)
Qualifications
Bachelors in any discipline, preferably HR or Marketing
Fresh candidate or 6 months of experience in the HR2
