Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Executive with expertise in both Windows and Mac operating systems, coupled with up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT tools, systems, and trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure while delivering excellent technical support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Windows and Mac systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Manage and resolve hardware and software issues across various devices and systems.
Maintain and update IT inventory, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Monitor and manage network connectivity, data backups, and cybersecurity measures.
Research and implement the latest tools and practices to improve IT infrastructure.
Train team members on IT best practices and assist with technical queries.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Windows (latest versions) and MacOS (latest versions).
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers) and software issues.
Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and data recovery solutions.
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT technologies and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical staff effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Apple Certified Support Professional.
Experience in managing IT infrastructure for large organizations.
Basic knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
