About the Role:
We are hiring ITSM Analyst with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will support and enhance IT Service Management processes and tools, helping ensure consistent and efficient service delivery through ITIL-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain ITSM platforms (e.g., Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, CA Service Management).
Assist in managing ITSM processes such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
Monitor service performance, analyze metrics, and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to align ITSM processes with organizational goals.
Contribute to documentation, reporting, and compliance activities.
Provide user support and training on ITSM tools and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in an ITSM-related role.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.
Experience with at least one ITSM platform (Ivanti preferred; ServiceNow, BMC, or CA tools are also acceptable).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certification.
Exposure to reporting or automation in ITSM platforms.
Experience working in structured IT environments.
