Head of Laboratory
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with ISO/international standards.
• Manage, mentor and train laboratory staff to maintain high performance.
• Maintain and calibrate sophisticated diagnostic/analytical equipment.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures including infection control.
• Ensure accurate, reliable and timely laboratory reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
• FCPS in Microbiology or Pathology/PhD in Microbiology.
• Minimum 10–15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years as Head of Laboratory.
• Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements.
