Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laboratory Manager based in Karachi Division. The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure adherence to quality control standards, manage laboratory equipment and staff, and facilitate research and development (R&D) initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising lab activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, inventory and ensuring timely and precise test results to support patient care and clinical decisions.

Qualifications

 

• Proven expertise in Quality Control and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Laboratory Equipment and proficiency in Laboratory Skills.
• Analytical Skills to assess and improve laboratory operations and outcomes.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within a lab setting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Experience managing a clinical or diagnostic laboratory is highly preferred.
