Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Lead Generation Executive focused on tax consultancy services. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new leads through online research, professional networks, and digital platforms, with a focus on individuals, professionals, and businesses needing tax and compliance support. The role includes conducting targeted market research, maintaining lead databases or CRM records, and preparing basic outreach lists for the sales team. The Executive will engage prospects via calls, emails, and messaging, clearly communicating Seagull Services’ offerings and capturing key client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with consultants to schedule consultations, tracking responses and conversions, and providing regular reports on lead quality and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
 

  • Strong lead-focused skills, including experience generating and nurturing new leads and managing lead pipelines.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and sales activities, including prospect outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
  • Market research abilities to identify target segments, understand client needs, and map potential opportunities.
  • Effective communication and sales skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and build professional relationships.
  • Comfort working in a remote, part-time, commission-based environment with self-motivation and strong time management.
  • Basic understanding of taxation or financial services is an advantage; willingness to learn about tax and compliance is essential.
  • Experience using CRM or lead management tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
